Fall down how many times?

“I've heard of the Chinese Proverb, 'Fall down 7 times, stand up 8'. I know it is a story of resilience and hope and sometimes I can appreciate it. But other times I feel like I'm going to keep falling down. Over time, I have learned that every time I get back up, I get stronger even if I don't see it until later.”
